Refund & Returns Policy
- Custom Made-to-Order Hardware
All hardware products sold in the PROJECT O.A.S.I.S. Store are custom-fabricated and manufactured specifically upon individual client order placement.
Because every unit is produced to order, all sales are final. Standard 14-day statutory right of withdrawal or return policies do not apply to custom-fabricated products (in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(c) regarding custom goods and standard commercial practice).
- Cancellations
Order cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase, provided that manufacturing, custom ordering of core sub-components, or physical fabrication has not yet commenced. Contact store@projectoasis.net immediately to request a cancellation. - Defective or Damaged Goods (DOA Policy)
While custom products cannot be returned for a change of mind, we stand behind the technical functionality of our hardware.
- If your unit arrives physically damaged during transit or is Defective On Arrival (DOA), you must notify store@projectoasis.net within 7 days of delivery with detailed photos/videos of the issue.
- Verified defective hardware will be repaired or replaced under warranty at our discretion. Return shipping for verified defective items will be covered by PROJECT O.A.S.I.S.
- Non-Refundable Digital Assets
Downloadable software modules, firmware builds, or digital documentation are strictly non-refundable once access or download links have been generated.
